Missouri Released Inmates is privately owned and unaffiliated with any government body, sheriff, jail, or corrections department. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provides consumer reports, investigations, or services for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another FCRA-regulated decision.
Purpose of the Site
This private reference site stores no official custody or court records. It cannot confirm a person's status, release anyone, alter a case, or file documents with an agency. Missouri Released Inmates organizes links and explanations that help visitors reach Missouri release records, MODOC offender-search resources, local custodians, court sources, and federal systems.
The statewide directory also routes visitors to the appropriate locality site. Government records reached through those links remain under the control of the office that created them, including records subject to Missouri's Sunshine Law in Chapter 610. Independent research tools operate under their own terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming another person, the service, or its users. In particular, you may not:
- Use the site while violating any applicable law
- Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten someone
- Rely on site content for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions

- Tenant selection, housing access, or lease decisions

Links may lead to jail rosters, sheriff and corrections websites, government databases, Missouri locality sites, legal-help resources, and independent search tools. A link does not endorse the outside operator or its content. We do not control an external site's accuracy, availability, data practices, prices, or terms, and you should review those policies before using it.
Service Provided As Is
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranty that:

Custody status, release dates, supervision, court dockets, and public records can change. Roster absence and a “not in custody” label apply only to the system searched. Nothing on this site is an official statement from MODOC, a Missouri sheriff, a court, or another agency.

Intellectual Property
